Large Window (Front of house)- Lock lever broke off

Hi, I am looking for a part for this window; Window lock. Not sure what kind of window this is, I could not find a name anywhere on this window. It looks like I will need the lever and the part that it attaches to? Your help will be greatly appreciated! thanks!

Take a look at our 38-058L and our 38-058R locking handles. These look like the closest match, but take a closer look at the measurements and dimensions and let us know what you think!
