Large framed heavy duty screen frames

These screens (56" x 72" overall approx) are in a gazebo, the largest frames I have ever seen and our customer is in need of a few of the corners. Any advice would be extremely helpful

it isn't the frame we need, it is the corners, I gave you those sizes.
