Large gap between shower door and tile

A home owner from Washington DC says:

Hi, we are looking for exactly this product type, but the gap between our frameless shower door and the tile is 11/16". This allows water to pass under the door with a standard shower seal. Do you carry this product with a longer drip rail, or longer bottom wipes? Alternatively, would you recommend another solution to our dilemma?

I'm afraid we could not find a shower door bottom with a longer sweep. See if you can get the installer back to try and adjust the door to be a little lower. There might be some adjustment in the hinges to lower the door. You could also ask the shower door company if they sell a threshold you could install at the bottom of the door to take up the gap. Just make sure the threshold doesn't become a trip hazard.
