Larger Size Nylon Roller

Do you have a nylon roller, for Paniflex Center Spring Loaded Roller
Product Code: 23-099, that is a little wider? The roller slips out the track and the track is not broke or bent.

We don't have a wider version of the 23-099, unfortunately. Could you give me an exact measurement? Do you also have a picture of the original part the door used?

No, I do not have the original part for the door. It was replaced with the 23-099 but it is a tad bit too small. It is holding for now but I have to be careful when opening the door.

It was on the door since 1992.

Thanks for clarifying. Unfortunately, I don't know what your door had installed originally. Without having a reference to go off of, I'm not sure that we can help. All I can tell you based on the given data is that we don't have a larger version of the 23-099. I am sorry that we can't be of more help.
