Larmco windows openers

Home Owner from Ohio
Hi, I would like your assistance in identifying this replacement part to tilt open the windows. Also when installed are they removable to use on more than one window, or should I buy enough for all the windows (ie do the snap in and stay put)? They are 2 in long, about 7/8 in wide and the prongs are about 1/4 " apart on center. Thanks.

Thanks for posting. These are surface levers for internal tilt latches. No, usually when you remove these the legs break, so ideally you'd want replacement pairs for each window. The issue is the right replacement may not be available. Surface lever replacements need to have prongs that are exactly the same size and width apart as your original lever has. The 26-119, 26-235 and 26-234 all look possible--see the dimensions of these below.

If none of these are right however, you're probably not going to find what you need. Internal tilt latch hardware has been gradually phased out over the years. You are better off then seeing if you can convert your windows to use surface mount tilt latches like the 26-228 and 26-229. The video below shows how.
