Our Larson storm door plastic (I know- not really plastic) hinge pins have broken in two of the four hinges. There are numbers on a sticker on the door.

It appears to match the door labeled 590-08 on the Larson website.

Larson sent me a $55 solution that I will not accept.
"Thank you for emailing. We no longer have the original zbar parts (mounting rails) for your door available. We do have a new "No Cut" replacement kit. You do not have to cut the side zbars, and a special extender will fill in the space. Instructions are included in the kit. This will replace all three mounting rails (zbars) including both sides and the top because the profile is different from your original ones. The hinges on this replacement kit will most likely require you to drill new pilot holes as the hinges will not line up. This is done purposely so that they secure into new wood on the home."

Thanks again for your patience! I think we may have found something for you. We are currently bringing in a Larson hinge for you that might work as a replacement. I'm afraid we cannot guarantee it, as it is not an exact match, but it is the closest we have been able to find. Once we add it to our catalog I will let you know so that you can review it and see how well it compares to your current setup. Hopefully this will be what you're looking for!
