Thanks for writing in! I see that you've purchased the S795-19 Channel Balance. Is that the balance you are looking to replace this pivot bar for?
That pivot bar you have isn't typically compatible with the shoe that come on your balance. So, if that is the case, I'd like to see a photo of the existing shoe.

The balance you have here is the Series 770 Balance which has the 15-043 Terminal Clip attached at the bottom. Since your balance has a 19C stamp, I believe you'll need the S770-19.
To determine if the replacement balance can be installed "as-is", I'll need to know whether it attaches to the top of the window track using a screw or using a clip.
That clip at the bottom of the balance is inserted into either the 17/32" thick 15-178 or the 1/2" thick 15-188 Pivot Lock Shoe. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to remove the shoe and compare the depth measurement of your bottom shoe.
Both shoes are compatible with the 26-226 Pivot Bar. To determine if this will work in place of your existing pivot bar, carefully compare the dimensions below.
