Hello there. Is the issue just that the outside handle droops? If so, replacing the inside handle, which holds the tension, might be all you need: see if our 40-150 matches up. If you wanted to replace the entire assembly, I believe you could use our 40-058. Review the diagrams below and see if this could work for you.
