Larson lock

I have a Larson Storm Door. Will 40-129 work to replace the lock?

Though the 40-129 is commonly used on Larson doors, we can't guarantee that this is what your door uses. The determining factor would be how the specifications below compare to your thumbturn. If you notice any discrepancies, feel free to get back to us with photos and written-out dimensions of your part uninstalled to confirm if a better replacement is available. Thank you!

Unfortunately, it is not an exact match, but is the closest I have found.

Unforutnately, we are not able to make out exact dimensions from photos but the only other thumbturn that we carry would be the 40-089 used with the 40-049 lockset. We can't make any guarantees but review the dimensions below and see what you think.

Thanks for your help. I did receive the cylinder and it fits into the door perfectly, but it doesn't move the latch to lock the door. I am wondering if I need a new latch assembly. Do you sell those? Otherwise I need to know how to return the cylinder and I will call a locksmith to replace the whole thing.

We'd be happy to confirm if we carry a possible replacement for your mortise lock as well but we would need to see photos of the original to compare to our inventory. Please also include written-out dimensions.
