The lower handle, the latch is broken and both pieces are fairly weathered.

The lockset shown in your photos looks quite old and is likely no longer available. We do offer the 40-058 in antique brass, but the dimensions would be the determining factor. Take a look and see how the images below compare to yours. Thanks for posting!
