Thanks for posting on our Discussion Board. I am afraid I was not able to cross reference any hinges with the number you provided us. The only Larson storm door hinge we offer is our 40-153. Take a look. I can not guarantee this will work for you. Look over the measurements and information and see if you could adapt this to fit your door.
