Larson storm door retainer strip

Hello! Unfortunately, we aren't able to supply this kind of retainer strip. These are difficult for companies like us to supply since every manufacturer has their own idea about how these ought to be designed, and even the same company can make a ton of different styles in the span of a few years. It's tough to keep up.

The good news is that there are two really quick and easy fixes based on the same idea: you don't need the whole strip to keep your screen/storm window in place. 

Option 1 is to cut your existing strips into equal sized parts and distribute them evenly around the frame. I've done this myself in a pinch and I find it works very well.

Option 2 is to toss the old strips entirely and use a clip like our 70-180, along with a screw like our 70-112 or 33-090. These work pretty much the same way, you just have to distribute them evenly around the frame. These clips are how screen installers did it back in the day and it's a method that we find still works.
