Larson storm door stricker

I'm needing this stricker plate it demisions are 7"x 3/4"

The holes are 1 3/4 for the top and 1 3/8 for the bottom with 1 1/8 solid area between them.

The screw holes are 6 3/8 on center

Do you have an exact size replacement?
