Latao/Pado door in Polished Nickel

I have a Latao/ Pado door with a Brass door handle assm. All my door knobs in my house has been changed to Polished Nickel. Can I get the assm in that color? If not, can it be painted to that color? I hate to replace the complete door because I can`t get a polished nickel door handle/lock assm. Ron
