Need replacement latch. This is a 2 latch. The top one in the picture is stuck and will not release to unlock.

We don't sell replacements for the part that is circled in your picture. However, it looks like you have our 82-239 mortise lock. Compare our dimensions to your current mortise lock to see if they match up.
