Hello,
I'm not confident that we can supply suitable replacements for your door hardware but we'll need a bit more information to confirm. If you could remove the internal mortise lock from your door to show us, as well as write out the distance between the installation holes in the faceplate, we can go from there. Also, do you happen to know the manufacturer of the door? Thank you.

It looks like this is the same photo from your original post. We'll need to see the mortise lock fully removed from the door, along with dimensions, to determine if this is something we might be able to help with. We're happy to wait until you have time to work on the door. Just let us know once you're ready.
