Hello, I sure need you help in identifying the type of latch help needed and instructions replacement, PLEASE.
Problem is the latches are there but when sliding either latch button nothing happens (?)

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see your internal tilt latch fully removed from the sash frame to compare to our inventory. See the video below to assist you. If the actuator that is used to engage the latch is broken, we'd need to see an intact version of the part uninstalled to compare to our selection here.
