the latch mechanism seems to have frozen and does not move when levers on handles are moved. I think that this is the part that I need. The handles seem to be fine.
Latch mechanism is about 3 and 1/8 in. long and about 1/2 in. wide (showing).
distance between screws is about 3 and 3/4 inches.
The handles are about 8 and 1/2 in. long and the holes are about 4 in. apart
**Will I have to take down the door to remove/install latch piece?
