Looks like you need a new tilt latch. Before I recommend anything, can you tell me the distance between the two installation holes, center-to-center? Thank you!

Beleave it was 2 1/8 ,on the hole pattern

Thank you. We have two pairs of tilt latches that match that size. We have the 26-120 and 26-121, and then the 26-228 and 26-229. Look these four products over and see which pair would be best suited for your window.

How do l order then locally 26-120 & 26-121 almond or is it done threw your group . If so 5 & 5 is needed too start and shipping chargers?

I don't know of any stores in Chicago, since we're based out of New Jersey. You can, however, purchase it directly from our site at your convenience.
