Hi there!

It's difficult to say what you need without seeing pictures of the original hardware first, but we'll try our best. Before we get started, can you write out the the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center-to-center?

Start by taking a look at our 40-211 Larson brass mortise lever set. Carefully look over our dimensions, especially the mortise lock, and compare them to yours to see if this matches what you need. Unfortunately, our 40-211 is not available in black. I apologize for any inconvenience.
