Looking for a latch bolt passage assembly to fit this spindle. It is not a square spindle

My spindle does not look like the one you pictured. Mine has 4 sides but it is not a perfect square

The only wood door handles with spindle we have would be our 43-007. However it is more of a square than the one you show in your photo. I suggest contacting a locksmith in your area to see if they can supply the spindle you need.
