The latch you're referring to looks to be part of our 84-225 Pella patio screen handle. Have a look and let us know if you agree. Unfortunately, the latch is not available separately.

I removed this from a pella rolling screen door. The tension spring arm is broken. Researching your sight, I believe pat 84-225 is the correct replacement. Can you confirm? If it is not, please tell me what I need.

I agree, This handle does appear to match our 84-225.
