Latch for MW (GARBAGE!) Casement Window

We're in need of several of these latches for MW casement windows. The thin piece of plastic broke on all except one of them. First, plygem told me it was covered under warranty and had me take pictures and submit paperwork. Now they're saying they're not covered and referred me to your company.

I have the numbers from the stickers on the windows also, if you need them.

Can you tell me if you carry and them and if so, the cost?
