Latch for Pella door

Question

Hello Swisco,

I have Pella storm doors with a busted latch and am having a hard time finding replacement parts. Pella Service was nice enough to help dig up part numbers but unfortunately does NOT have replacement parts available and they suggested I check with you. See related pictures, hopefully these are helpful.

There are two P/N's-

00H10000 *active type, this one seems to be the right one for my doors

00H10001 *passive type

What do you suggest? Is 00H10000 the right latch and do you have it or equivalent in stock?

Thanks for writing in! Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the French door handles, the mortise lock or the latch bolt shown in your photos. We do have many storm door handles but none for Frech doors and none would be compatible with the mortise lock you have. Also, it appears the latch bolt is built into the mortise as well.

I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
