after looking through the catalog at swisco.com I determined that the 38-098 RH EntryGard Sash lock would be a close match for the item I'm looking to replace. I have now ordered it, so unless someone knows for sure it's the wrong part and can guide me to a better choice I think we can close this discussion. Many thanks!

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. To be honest, I think our 38-097 looks like a better match foyour lock. I'm just not sure if the new lock will match up to your existing keeper. You should consider purchasing the 38-079, as well.
