Latch for casement window

A handy person from Oregon says:
I need a new latch (the part I am holding in my hand in the photo). The lever handle broke and no longer moves the latch. The latch is 4.5" long and the screw holes are 3.75" apart.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We have two locks that may replace this, depending on the projection of the locking fork. See our 38-095 and 38-096 and review their dimensions to determine if either can be used as a replacement.
