Latch is catching on my 40-049 lockset

Installed 40-049 mortise lockset on tenants storm door.
She is complaining that the latch is "Catching" when turning the key. I experienced this yesterday when trying to fix.
What can I do to resolve?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean when you say the latch is catching" Maybe something needs to be lubricated or filed down a little. Take another look at the installation video to see if there was something you missed. This should cover everything.
