Latch is needed

Question

I believe that the Window Plate on the Pic. 3. is belonging to the sash latch I'm looking for.
On the Pic. 1. you could see on the right the lightened view of the Broken sash latch I'd like to replace. Actual color of it is black
On the Pic. 2. it is a view from the rear.
Could you help me, please?
