Latch lever

Question

I can't seem to find the right latch lever to replace my broken one.
It is 2-3/4" long. Since the pet that fits into the square hole in mortise, I don't know how long it should be. The distance of the base of the square piece the goes into mortise to the outside lever is about 0.42". Pls help me identify which lever I can purchase to replace. Thank you.

I suspect that you need our 82-240 latch lever, which is compatible with the 82-269 mortise lock. Take a look at the product specifications and see if you agree. Thank you!
