The 82-107 latch lever comes to mind, but we can't make any guarantees without the original to compare.

We also offer the 82-030 handle set, which should work as long as the 3-15/16" hole spacing matches yours. Take a look and see what you think. Thanks for posting!

After a little more measuring and co.pariso. to the specs on the website. I decided to buy a whole new handle assembly as you suggested. While removing the old handle the screws snapped off in the blind inserts. Since I have two of these on the duplex I ordered two of them as both sides were broken. Thank you for stocking the awesome priducts!
