Photo 2 is the part that the lever engages, looking at the door sideways. Photo 3 is the lock on the outdoor side of the door, opposite the part that's missing. Photo 4 is the part on the frame which the latch engages, provided for completeness.

Don't see any marking on the door or latch. Piece broken unlocks door from inside, missing in photo 1.

Thank you for contacting us! If the only thing that is broken is the inside lever, then we recommend our 82-107 as a possible repair option. Take a look at that and let us know how that works out for you.
