Thanks for reaching out to us! Since this is a Truth hardware window, I believe you may be able to use either the 38-095 or the 38-096 for your repairs. You'll need to carefully compare each of them to your existing hardware to determine which of them is the correct fit.

If the dimensions are not a match, I suggest reviewing and comparing the 38-138 and 38-139 as well.

To replace the plate installed behind the lock, you'll likely need the 38-158 Roto Locking Handle Plate but be sure to double check the installation hole spacing.
