Latch plastic piece broke

Question

Without taking the unit out of the door I can't identify the manufacturer.  The picture that shows the handle on the desk, the knob that turns it - the plastic piece that connects the metal arm inside broke.  I'm assuming I have to replace the whole assembly.  Any help Identifying the manufacturer or a replacement?

We don't have this exact handle set but take a look at our 82-030 handle set with 3-15/16" hole center spacing to see if you think you can use this as a substitute.
