I can't cross-reference that code to a particular latch. Can you show us a picture of the parts in question? That would greatly help narrow things down. Many thanks.

This is the striker plate I am looking for. They are cast out of pot metal and corrode quickly here at the beach.

Thanks for getting back to me. I'm afraid this old Truth sash keeper has been discontinued for some time and is no longer available. You may be able to use a keeper like the 90-301 or 90-237 as a replacement. Take a look at their dimensions and see what you think.
