Latch to hold window in door

This is a bit of a weird setup. This lock looks like our 90-005, but these locks are not meant to be used in this capacity. The 90-005 is designed to work as a lock for hung windows while yours seems to be used as some kind of retainer. That said, look it over and see if it's a match.
