Thank you for reaching out to us. It looks like you need a new tilt latch, but I'm not sure what to suggest. To determine the best match, you have to remove the part and measure the length and spacing of the forks. Our selection can be found here in the meantime.

Unfortunately, we don't sell a replacement for your latch. You might want to see if you could convert to a surface mount latch depending on the space you have. Take a look at the video below that will guide you through every step of this process. You'll then need to find a tilt latch that will fit the space available; we have detailed dimensions in each case that you can use as a reference.

do you have measuring tips for the surface mounting plates - I just want to make sure I mesure what needed.  the video was very help full

The width is important, as you want to make sure it fits the window sash. However, it's also important to make sure that the installation holes for the new latch don't overlap with the exposed hole where the old latch used to be.
