Latch won't move out of the door

A home owner from San Diego says:

The latch won't move out of the door and I no longer have the key. Would it be best to replace the entire assembly, and if so, does Swisco sell them?

If the key lock is the only thing that's broken, I see no reason why you can't just replace that. See our 82-310 , I think this will work well for your door.
