I would start by looking at our 26-317 tilt latch pair and our 26-175 pivot bar pair. Now, I know that the 26-175 doesn't look like your existing hardware, but assuming you do have a CertainTeed window then they will still work. Your original pivots were discontinued and the 26-175 was designed specifically to replace them. They should be a 1:1 replacement.
