Hi,
The tip that inserts into the window frame broke and needs replacement. I have two windows with this problem. Do you have this kind please? The lock has the name UniFrame on it.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a suitable replacement for your internal tilt latch but take a look at our video below that shows the process of converting your window to use surface-mounted latches. Thanks for posting!
