Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we'll need to know the exact distance between the mounting holes, measured from center to center, for both your screen and patio door handles. Thank you!

PATIO DOOR 3-7/8"

SCREEN DOOR 2-9/16"

Great, take a look and compare the dimensions of our 83-040 screen door latch, as well as the 82-030 handle set with 3-15/16" installation holes. Thank you!
