Latches and screws

We'd be happy to look into this for you but I don't recognize the part shown in your photos at first glance. My first thought is that it would be a type of keeper. If so, we would like to see the lock or any other parts that this keeper interacts with to determine if we could supply a suitable replacement. It would also help to see where the part in your photos installs. Also, if it for a door or window? Thank you!
