Thanks for writing in! There is a chance that we can supply you with the replacement casement operator cover and handle you need, however, I'll need to see the entire operator to confirm. We do not carry an exact match for your cover and handle set but I am happy to take a look into it.

I'll need to see the arm(s) of the operator and how the operator connects to the bottom of the swinging sash (window).
