This is from a 37x63 Lawson impact window approximately 15 or more years old
Has imp 2950 stamped on it

Thanks for posting. This looks like either an S380-30 or S385-30 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best; see the diagram below for reference. In either case, for a new stamp option choose 2950. Let me know if you have further questions.
