Lawson series SH-7500

Question

Hello, the metal channel is 27 inch in length and about 9/16 inch in width. I have accidentally broken the bottom clip (which holds the string). The description printed on the side is 2620. Would i need to replace both springs for the window or just one if the other one works fine? Thank you.

With this combination of attachments, you may have either the S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. If your shoe measures 7/8" deep, you would need the 15-029, which we can supply through a custom order.
