I am replacing the whole unit including plastic ends, Can you recommend a replacement unit?

I'm afraid I cannot recommend what you need based on this information alone. I will need to see pictures of the balance in question. Specifically, I need to see the top and bottom nylon guides, if your balance has them, or the metal clip at the end of the cord if they don't. Please also tell me the weight of your sash.

- Pics of each end attached
- sash weighs 42.5 pounds
- would like ends attached before shipping if possible.
- I also would need the 2 plastic pieces that are screwed into the sash, on top

Thank you! I believe this would be our S385-30 channel balance with a 2975 option. Two balances with this option can carry a sash weight of 42 through 45 pounds. See what you think!
