Pictures of the Top Sash Guide are attached. the channel is a 5/8. the height of the entire clip is 1 7/8 tall, 5/8 wide, 1/4 inch to the top hole for the screw, 5/8 from the tab to the bottom of the top plate, top plate is 5/8 x 1/2.
What is your closest suggestion? mine has a "groove" running top to bottom but not sure I would really have to have that?

Hmm..It looks like you can go with our 18-166 top sash guide as a replacement part for your guiude. Just confirm our measurements line up with yours.
