We'd be happy to help but the top attachment of your channel balance is only partially visible in your photo. If you could show us a clear photo of that attachment, we can go from there. 

Also, we'll need to see a photo of an undamaged version of the top sash guide in your send photo removed from the window, along with dimensions, to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-30 or S385-30 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2930 spring strength options for your replacement balances.

As for your top sash guide, we don't carry an exact replacement for the guide in your photo but take a look at our 18-009 and 18-166 to see if the dimensions listed for one of these options might work for you.
