Lazy Susan door to door

Question

This hinge attaches the door you pull to open lazy Susan. It is attached to second door, not to frame. I need to replace two.

Your hinge looks a lot like the 32-351 commonly used on Lazy Susan cabinets. Take a look and see if the specifications could work for you. Thank you!
