Hello,

Your handle and cover kit resembles the 39-375, which attaches to an 11/32" diameter operator spline. Review the dimensions below compared to yours. We also offer the 39-376 opposite-handed version. Thanks for posting!

I found the window code. Also I think that my window crank is not the same. I think you'll see in the pictures it doesn't fit flush like the one you've put here.

Unforutnately, the etching on the glass does not tell us the hardware that the window uses. If you could open the window to show us the entire operator, including the arms that move the sash, that would help us confirm if our folding handle and cover kits would be compatible with your assembly.
