I'm afraid we don't have an exact match for this operator. One of ours may work as a substitute, but I'm not sure what to recommend. Could I see a picture of the link arm? It's currently obscured in your photos. You'll have to remove the operator from the window first so that we can see it clearly.

Can you also tell me the distance between the center of one of the top holes to the center of one of the bottom holes? Thanks!

A quick learner from Morganton, NC says:
The distance from center to center between the 2 holes is 5.25". The arm is 3.125" long and 2.5" from center hole to center hole.

Thank you! This is definitely an older style. The best option I was able to find was our 39-057. This has a similar installation hole pattern with the same distance (5-1/4"), and perhaps more importantly it seems to have the same kind of link arm. The length isn't exactly the same but that shouldn't matter too much; what does matter is that it has the same kind of offset and it has a large 3/8" diameter hole. Look it over and let me know what you think.

A quick learner from Morganton, NC says:
This looks like the right one. Should I just go ahead and order it if the website?

Sure, you can place your order whenever you wish. Just in case it's not a match, you may also want to review our return policy here. You can always get a refund if it doesn't work.
